Order Payment

You can pay for your order using  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apply Pay and Amazon Pay. All prices are shown in Pound Sterling (GBP). We now also accept payment of your order in a safe and seamless way by Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether and other currencies from all major crypto wallets.

Order Delivery

FREE DELIVERY – orders within the UK over £25.

Standard UK Shipping:  £3.99

Europe / Other Countries: From £5.99 – We also ship worldwide: European Website or  select your country

Shipping charges do not apply to the minimum order requirement.

Approximate Delivery Time

Free Delivery: 3-5 working days

UK Standard Parcel:  1-3 working days

International: 7-12 working days

These estimates are on the basis that orders are placed before 13:00 Monday-Friday and for products that are in stock. All UK orders are shipped using a 48 hour delivery service.

Delivery Methods & Tracking

Once your order has been confirmed we will send you a confirmation email with your order number. You can log onto ‘My Account’ and check the shipping status of your order using the order number.

We will send you a tracking number by email after your order ships so you can track it on the carrier’s website (depending on courier service).

Please allow one to two working days for your tracking number to be activated after your order has shipped from our warehouse. The tracking number may not be active until the carrier updates the tracking status. Orders are delivered by Royal Mail and other premium carriers including Yodel Xpress, and GLS.

Tracking not updated? Sometimes due to technical issues, peak shipping volumes, or human error, a parcel is not scanned as expected. If we have sent you notification that the order has shipped and provided you with a tracking number you can be sure that your order is on the way to you. When the parcel is next scanned, the system will update. Unfortunately during busy periods Royal Mail tracking may not update until after delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

Sometimes orders are returned to us undeliverable because they are refused, unclaimed or the delivery address is incorrect. If this happens, you are able to get the package resent. If you no longer require the order, the value of the items will be refunded, less any costs incurred for the carrier to return the package to us. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We will ask you to pay a £5 administration fee to resend your returned order due to incorrect address.

Not At Home to Receive Your Delivery

If the parcel is delivered and you are not there to receive it, a card may be left asking you to collect the parcel from your local postal office. You have the option to enter a shipping address for your order to be delivered at your work address.

No Dispatch Days

Please note that Conceive Plus does not dispatch on public holidays, and your order may take an extra 1-2 days for delivery after a public holiday.

International Orders

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or charges once the package has left the United Kingdom.  If you are unhappy with the delivery of your order, please contact the shipping company first.

Brexit / Customs Charges 

Unfortunately, we cannot control customs clearance and additional charges applied to international orders on entry to a country outside of the United Kingdom. International shipping costs are non-refundable. This is applicable to orders that are returned by the customer, shipping company, fail the customs clearance process or are rejected on delivery.

Privacy and Discreet Packaging

We respect your privacy and we ship discreetly. Orders are packaged in standard brown cartons or standard shipping company packaging with no indication of the contents. We aim to provide you with the best products and the highest level of service. 


Your satisfaction is our priority so if you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, contact us so we can make it right for you.

Missing Orders

Non delivery of orders must be reported to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving notification of dispatch. We are unable to accept non delivery claims outside of the 14 day limit.

Missing items or Wrong Items

In the very unlikely event that items are missing from your order, or you received a wrong item, you must notify us within three days (3).
