Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping is applied to all orders over £35 for delivery in the UK. Shipping and other charges do not apply to minimum purchase requirement.

The processing time for orders is normally 1 day. After that, delivery times within the United Kingdom is 2-6 days. Delivery methods will display the estimated delivery times at the checkout if available. Please keep in mind that during holidays or new product promotions, this time may vary. 

**Due to the current situation, shipping of orders may be delayed – we are not able to guarantee our usual 1 day processing time due to increased order volumes and social distancing requirements in our facilities. Please allow 10 days before contacting us.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or charges once the package has left the United Kingdom.  If you are unhappy with the delivery of your order, please contact the shipping company first.

Packages undeliverable will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our distribution centers less a £5 administration fee.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Don’t run out of your Conceive Plus products when trying for a baby! Here at Conceive Plus we understand how important it is to be prepared and that’s why we offer our products on subscription!

You can either buy a product or buy a product on subscription. With a subscription, we’ll take care of shipping your products to you every month so you’ll never run out. You’ll get an email each month to let you know when it’s on the way and a tracking number so you can track it.

You can add different products to your subscription, and you can remove products whenever you want, it’s really easily.

When you conceive or stop trying, simply turn off the subscription. You control YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS

RETURNS 

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on personal care products. 

Due to the personal nature of Conceive Plus and Sasmar products returns are not accepted. Please make your selection carefully, refunds cannot be provided. For product related questions contact our friendly staff who will be happy to assist you. Your safety is important to us and we maintain strict quality assurance compliancy to ensure that only new sealed products are released from our facilities. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us .

PRIVACY

We respect your privacy and we ship discreetly. Orders are packaged in standard brown cartons or standard shipping company packaging with no indication of the contents. We aim to provide you with the best products and the highest level of service. Orders are bound by our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
